Who Debunks The Debunkers? (II)

We have just written about snopes.com and their bias. Another example is the "analysis" snopes.com makes of a billboard seen in Indiana about Prophet Muhammad, which claims is "MOSTLY FALSE:

"What's True

The Muslim Prophet Muhammad had multiple wives.

What's False

There are no historical accounts of the Prophet committing rape or torturing people; he was known for freeing slaves, not "dealing" them.

What's Undetermined

The age of his youngest wife, Aisha, at the time of marriage is contested; the male members of a Jewish tribe in Medina were executed for treason during a battle, but the number is also contested."

The fact is that the billboard is MOSTLY TRUE, and what is not true is just "undetermined", as snopes.com puts it. 

1. Muhammad not only had multiple wives, he had 13 wives. 

2. "The Prophet Muhammad did not try to abolish slavery, and bought, sold, captured, and owned slaves himself." [BBC] 

3. The most accepted age of Aisha foin the moment of the marriage with Muhamaad and when the marriage "was consumed" are 6 and 9 years old: "The majority of traditional sources state that Aisha was betrothed to Muhammad at the age of six or seven, but she stayed in her parents' home until the age of nine, or ten according to Ibn Hisham,[30] when the marriage was consummated with Muhammad, then 53, in Medina." [Wikipedia] 

4. So the only contested fact is the number of Jews beheaded on one day, as snopes.com puts it.

Snopes.com should have written "MOSTLY TRUE". If they didn't want to accept that it was true, they could have written "DISPUTED". In the moment they claim this is "MOSTLY FALSE" they are lying.

Una setmana d'incoherència

En primer lloc, la manifestació. La que havia de ser una manifestació contra el terrorisme, es van convertir en una manifestació sense una sola menció al terrorisme. Un marcià que hagués arribat a la Terra i assistit a la manifestació d'ahir hauria pensat que els terroristes eren els islamòfobs i el rei d'Espanya (pel que sento un profund despreci institucional, però no és més culpable de l'atemptat a Barcelona que tots els altres membres de l'establishment mundial).


Començaré amb l'article de Ramón Lobo, "La internacional del odio", sobre el que ja vaig escriure
(http://thalassiana.blogspot.com/2017/08/sobre-la-internacional-del-odio-de.html) però que conté la major incoherència de totes, i una de les més freqüents.

1. Diu"La mayoría de los atentados yihadistas en Europa los han cometido ciudadanos europeos.", però després, en un altre paràgraf diu: "Atentan porque sienten que atentamos contra sus países." Però, no ha dit que la majoria de terroristes són europeus?! És a dir, depenent de l'argument són europeus o no...

2. La segona gran incoherència, és la comesa per tots aquells que responsabilitzen a Felip VI per negociar amb Arabia Saudí però en el passat van defensar a Hillary Clinton, qui, mitjançant la seva fundació familiar, rep diners d'Arabia Saudí.

Ramón Lobo al seu article es refereix, sense mencionar a Felip VI, a Arabia Saudí com promotor mundial de terrorisme. És cert que ho és. Però l'irònic és que Ramón Lobo fes campanya per Hillary Clinton (https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&q=clinton%20from%3Aramonlobo).

El mateix Lobo mostra més d'aquesta incoherència a l'argumentar que amb Obama EEUU es va allunyar del terrorisme, i que amb Trump s'hi ha apropat de nou. L'indiferència d'Obama amb ISIS (per debilitar Assad), el seu recolzament a grups terroristes (els mal anomenats "rebels moderats")  que van de la mà d'Al-Nusra (Al-Qaeda a Siria), el seu veto a l'investigació de l'implicació d'Arabia Saudí als atemptats de l'11S, etc.

3. Les mostres d'admiració que ha rebut Miriam Hatibi, i concretament per la seva "tensa" conversa amb Felip VI. Cal recordar que l'organització de la que forma part és del Regne del Màrroc (http://www.fundacionibnbattuta.org/en/); com per donar lliçons al rei d'Espanya...


4. Manifestació d'entitats islàmiques de condemna de l'atemptat. Tant que critiquem els mitjans de Madrid per fer plants curts i cap pla aeri per amagar el fracàs de les manifestacions unonistes de Barcelona, i llavors tots els mitjans (començant per TV3) fan el mateix amb la manifestació d'entitats islàmiques...


5. Tot i que siguin una minòria, són més nombrosos del que pensem: gent que et diu "racista" si argumentes la superioritat moral del cristianisme vers l'islam, però fan proclames sobre la superioritat dels catalans sobre els espanyols.


6. Els personatges d'Arran que fan campanya contra la islamofobia però desprès fan pintades cristianofobes ("L'única esglèsia que il·lumina és la que crema", per exemple).

Sobre "La Internacional del Odio" de Ramón Lobo

No suelo perder el tiemo en responder artículos de opinión porque no hay tiempo en el mundo para responder las bobadas que se publican diariamente, pero me pasaron el artículo de Ramón Lobo‏, "La Internacional del Odio" (https://www.infolibre.es/noticias/opinion/opinion/2017/08/20/la_internacional_del_odio_68745_1023.html)para que lo leyera. Así lo hice, y aquí transcribo alguna de las reflexiones que realicé a propósito en Twitter.

Si alguien pretende defender la apertura de fronteras, el argumento que plantea Ramón Lobo es un tiro en el pie; dice "La mayoría de los atentados yihadistas en Europa los han cometido ciudadanos europeos." Pero son hijos o nietos de inmigrantes. Lo cual es aun mucho peor, porque nos demuestra el fracaso en la integración, que nos pretenden vender algunos.

Tal vez lo mejor del articulo sea lo siguiente: "Atentan porque sienten que atentamos contra sus países." Pero... ¡¿no ha dicho que la mayoría de terroristas son europes?!Es decir, dependiendo del argumento que Ramón Lobo quiere sostener son europeos o no...

"Estos refugiados huyen de atentados como el de Barcelona o los del 11M. Solo existe una diferencia: los suyos son diarios." Hemos oido este argumento hasta la saciedad. Entonces, ¿por qué el número de hombres es tan elevado? Huyen de la guerra y dejan a sus familias para que luchen en su lugar?

 

Más adelante se centra en el papel de Arabia Saudí, como promotor mundial de terrorismo. Es cierto que lo es. Pero lo irónico es que Ramón Lobo estuvo haciendo campaña por Hillary Clinton (https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&q=clinton%20from%3Aramonlobo), quien a través de su fundación familiar, recibe dinero de Arabia Saudí (y mucho).

 

"Para el universo salafista (...), España pertenece a la coalición que libra una guerra contra el islam. Aznar nos puso en el mapa con su foto en las Azores." Yo me manifesté contra la guerra de Iraq. Y sigo considerando que fue una ruptura completa de la legalidad internacional, además de un tremendo error. Ahora bien, el atentado de Barcelona nada tiene que ver con eso. ¿Porqué atacan a Alemania, Suecia, Francia... que no estaban en las Azores? La realidad es que lo único que tienen en común todos los paises que han sufrido atentados terroristas es tener población musulmana.

Dice que "tenemos mucha  responsabilidad" en la guerra de Siria. Es cierto. Especialmente los que han promovido la guerra, como el establishment del que forma parte el think-tank Chatman House, una de las referencias usadas por Ramón Lobo en este compendio de tópicos bienpensantes pero totalmente naïve.

"Los delitos no los cometen las religiones, las razas, los sexos o las nacionalidades. Los delitos los cometen las personas." Semejante argumento serviría para justificar cualquier ideología, incluso las más criminales de la historia. La historia, y el sentido común, nos enseñan que ciertas creencias promueven el odio, y sacan lo peor que hay en nosotros. El ejemplo más obvio sería el nazismo.

En el caso del Islam, los datos empíricos nos demuestran que tiene tiene graves problemas (¿irresolubles?) para conciliarse con la democracia.

 

Respecto al mantra "la mayor parte de las víctimas son musulmanes", es cierto en términos absolutos. Pero eso es porque son sus paises de origen. Pero hay una sola cosa que comparten todos ellos (ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, etc), y es su odio al cristianismo. ¿Qué religión ha practicamente desaparecido de Oriente Medio? Además, más allá de las guerras, los cristianos son exterminados en Pakistan, Sudan, Indonesia, Egipto...

Lobo vuelve a demostrar su incoherencia al insinuar que con Obama EEUU se alejó del terrorismo internacional. Su indiferencia ante ISIS (para debilitar a Assad), su apoyo a grupos terroristas (los mal llamadas rebeldes moderados) que iban de la mano de Al-Nusra (Al-Qaeda en Siria), etc.

"What British Muslims Really Think"

"Of those questioned, 88% said Britain was a good place for Muslims to live in, and 78% said they would like to integrate into British life on most things apart from Islamic schooling and some laws.

However, when asked to what extent they agreed or disagreed that homosexuality should be legal in Britain, 18% said they agreed and 52% said they disagreed, compared with 5% among the public at large who disagreed. Almost half (47%) said they did not agree that it was acceptable for a gay person to become a teacher, compared with 14% of the general population.

In a series of questions on the terror threat in Britain, 4% said they sympathised with people who took part in suicide bombings (1% said they completely sympathised and 3% said they sympathised to some extent), and 4% said they sympathised with people who committed terrorist actions as a form of political protest generally.

Nearly a quarter (23%) supported the introduction of sharia law in some areas of Britain, and 39% agreed that “wives should always obey their husbands”, compared with 5% of the country as a whole. Two-thirds (66%) said they completely condemned people who took part in stoning adulterers, and a further 13% condemned them to some extent. Nearly a third (31%) thought it was acceptable for a British Muslim man to have more than one wife, compared with 8% of the wider population." [The Guardian]


"52 per cent of Britain’s three million Muslims think homosexuality should be illegal; 39 per cent think a woman should always obey her husband; 18 per cent sympathise with people who take part in violence against those who mock the Prophet; 4 per cent — that equates to about 100,000 Muslims — have ‘sympathy for people who take part in suicide bombing to fight injustice’.

‘Our findings will shock many people,’ promised Trevor Phillips at the beginning of 'What British Muslims Really Think' (Channel 4, Wednesday).

As former head of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, Phillips was very much part of that elite. He commissioned the 1997 Runnymede report that popularised the word ‘Islamophobia’. The fact that so impeccably liberal a figure is now issuing a mea culpa like this speaks volumes about how dire the situation has grown. ‘Everyone who has pinned their hopes on the rise of reforming and liberal British Muslim voices are in for a disappointment,’ said Phillips." Islam and Women

I read yesterday several tweets about the relationship between Islam and Women rights.

Most of them defended that they were incompatible, but not all of them.

So I followed the link and read the introduction of the website. Very soon, I found surprising statements, like:

"“O mankind! Be careful of your duty to your Lord Who created you a single soul and from it made its mate and from pair of them scattered abroad many men and women.” (4:1)

Here, the Qur’an states that the gender pair originates from the primordial reality of “a single soul”, and that therefore all human beings, male and female, are members of one human family. This confirms the ontological unity not only of all human beings, but of male and female."

If I am not getting it wrong, it doesn't say that both genres are equal, it just says that they come from the same origin. In a way, it is an adaptation of the Genesis. The difference, the Quran is a revealed book, so everything in it, is the "word of God", so the Genesis can be, as the Catholic church has done, considered and allegory, therefore not being opposed to evolution, but the Quran just can not. This may not seem such an important matter at this point, but it is when it comes to Jihad, for example.

What else the Quran says about women:

"Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand." [4:34]


"[wives of the Prophet] And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance. And establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah intends only to remove from you the impurity [of sin], O people of the [Prophet's] household, and to purify you with [extensive] purification." [33:33]


"And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hand possesses. That is more suitable that you may not incline [to injustice]." [4:3]

"Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep [within] the limits of Allah." [2:229]

Religion and Democracy

What if the Cologne attacks were not carried out my refugees...

We talked about the counterbalancing of the negative effects on public opinion of the NYE's sex attacks scandal by mass media. In the article from Financial Times that we mentioned, "Women and children refugee numbers crossing into Europe surge", it is told that only 3 of the 58 suspects of the NYE's sex attacks in Cologne were refugees. Like if that made anything better.

As I wrote in January: "Although finally it was admitted that mostly refugees had taken part in the attacks, in the beginning, that much was denied. Like if the possibility that the attacks were committed by previous migrants and not refugees was better... It is better for those, like Merkel, who have opened the doors of Europe to muslims, but not for the common citizens." Now they tell us again they were not refugees.

That shows how silly they think common readers are. So they are not new migrants, they are "old" ones, "locals"... What's the idea that they are trying to sell us? "Don't worry about more refugees coming, we are already fucked up"?

If they were not refugees, how came there were a thousand men celebrating New Year's Eve alone? Where were their wifes and girlfriends? Because some of them must have wifes or girlfriends... They had to be at home. How can this be? Because that's what women do in Islam; stay at home.

And as I wrote in the same article in January: "One way or the other, one truth stands: the rights of women in muslim societies, are worth nothing. One could argue "They are not muslims, they were drinking and partying", yet they come from Muslim countries, and Islam and women rights are just not compatible; just like Islam and democracy are not compatible."

Cologne's New Year's Eve Events: A Warning

What happened in Cologne (and other German cities) in New Year's Eve is the biggest warning we had about the dangers of Europe's current changes. Unlike the terrorists attacks that have shaken several european cities in the past, Cologne's events involved hundreds of men, in absolute impunity. But not only that, they also involved cover-up, and bizarre reactions from politicians.

Because not only the events that took place that night on those German cities were a warning, but even more, what has happened since then.

Just to refresh our memories, let's read how Wikipedia describes the "New Year's Eve sexual assaults in Germany": "During the 31 December 2015 New Year's Eve celebrations, widespread theft, alleged sexual assaults including groping, and at least two alleged instances of rape were reported across Germany, primarily within Cologne. There were also several incidents in Hamburg, several in Frankfurt, one in Stuttgart, theft in Bielefeld, and alleged sexual assault in Düsseldorf. The German Federal Criminal Police Office stated on January 9, the incidents were a phenomenon known in the Arab World as taharrush gamea.

The assaults were unreported by the national media for days and many outlets only started reporting on the incidents on January 5, after a wave of anger on social media made covering the story unavoidable."

So we have around 1,000 North Africans and Arab men in front of one of the most important monuments of Germany (Cologne's Cathedral), harassing women with complete impunity on one of the year's most popular festivities.

How the victims described what happened [BBC]:

"They grabbed our arms... pushed our clothes away, and tried to get between our legs or I don't know where. "They got everything we had in our pockets." She said German police needed to provide more protection for women and girls. "We are all really shocked that something like this could happen, especially at an event like New Year's Eve."

"All of a sudden these men around us began groping us," she said. "They touched our behinds and grabbed between our legs. They touched us everywhere. "So my girlfriend wanted to get out of the crowd. When I turned around one guy grabbed my bag and ripped it off my body." She said she felt in extreme danger, but there were no police officers to help. "I thought to myself that if we stay here in this crowd they could kill us, they could rape us and nobody would notice. I thought we simply had to accept it. "There was no one around us who helped or was in a position to help. All I wanted was to get out. "I was scared that I wouldn't leave this crowd alive. I was scared that if someone showed up with a knife I could be raped in the middle of the street."

I really think people have not comprenhended the importance of what happened: women being attacked with absolute impunity in New Year's Eve in one of the most popular touristic spots in Germany. This reminds me of those ghettos in Belgium were is said that the police just never enter... Only that this happened, as we said, in one of the most popular touristic spots in the whole Germany.


But, if this was not enough, other things happened after the attacks that are not as horrible, but as worrying, as the attacks themselves: "Police and media accused of cover-up to avoid stoking anti-immigrant feeling after witnesses say men who carried out attacks were of Arab appearance". [The Guardian] "German authorities accused of migrant attack cover up." [The Telegraph]

I always been obsessed with how the powers that be deal with information, and how they have manipulated in the past, and still manipulate our perception of events. Our perception of WW2, of the War of Kosovo, and of the conflict in Syria, are being modelled by TPTB and mass media constantly. It's not a coincidence that these events are hidden from the public, because one of the essential elements of democracy is information; if the cititzens go to vote without the whole (important) information and a deformed picture of reality, democracy is just a fiction as matrix.


But surprisingly, the Cologne attacks had the effect of un-covering similar attacks that had already taken place but hid from public knowledge: "As it turns out, the Cologne attacks were not an isolated incident. Once the story started making international headlines, reports began to trickle in from Austria, Finland, and Switzerland where women reported similar attacks perpetrated by apparent refugees.

But none of this would surprise police in Stockholm. According to Swedish media, “hordes” of young men harassed and groped young women at a youth festival and concert in central Stockholm’s Kungsträdgården last August.

Those attacks were reported to police who, according to Nyheter Idag‎, were willing to talk to prominent daily Dagens Nyheter. Unfortunately for the victims, the paper deliberately covered up the story in an effort to avoid triggering an anti-migrant backlash - or at least that’s what Nyheter Idag alleges. Here are some excerpts from the piece entitled “Exposing Major PC Cover-up in Sweden – Leading Daily Dagens Nyheter Refused to Write About Cologne-like Sex Crimes in Central Stockholm”." So it seems European policitians, police and media have been covering these kind of "events" to "avoid anti-migrant backlash". That's the official explanation. Truth is likely to be that the public knowledge of everything that happens around Islam would surely make their agenda ("EU should 'undermine national homogeneity' says UN migration chief") more complicated.


But if all that didn't seem scary enough, the "cherry of the pie" came with Cologne's Mayor, Henriette Reker, statements after New Year's Eve attacks: "“This means, they [women] should go out and have fun, but they need to be better prepared, especially with the Cologne carnival coming up. For this, we will publish online guidelines that these young women can read through to prepare themselves”." [Breitbart]

So this, dear readers, is the beginning of European women's rights narrowing.



Update:

We are reading lately that the attacks were coordinated. Maybe politicians think that describing these events as a terrorist attacks will make them more isolated and less frightful for the public. I don't agree at all, but we will wait to see what they come up with.

"On New Years Eve witnesses reported that firecrackers were thrown into a crowd from a group of people of around 500, later in the evening more than 1000, at the square in front of Cologne's Central Station. Following this event, alleged perpetrators exploited the confusion to rob and sexually assault persons in the area and within the station. According to witnesses the alleged attackers surrounded women in groups of 30–40. According to the Cologne police report on 2 January, the suspects mostly used sexual assault (including groping) to distract victims while they robbed them of items such as mobile phones and wallets. The Police indicated that the sizes of the groups ranged from 2 to 20 people.

While Cologne mayor Henriette Reker said in a press conference on January 5, there was "no evidence, that people who are residing in Cologne as refugees are amongst the perpetrators", police president Wolfgang Albers said: "the police has no knowledge about the offenders". To some including the German Minister of justice Heiko Maas, the assaults appeared to be coordinated, the perpetrators having arrived in large groups.

On January 7, several anonymous police officers from Cologne denied statements that the police did not know the nationality of the perpetrators; they told the press that "most of them" would have been freshly immigrated asylum seekers. Contradicting statements from Cologne police leaders, these officers said that the identities of many people, including arrestees, had been thoroughly checked, so that police knew which groups of people were involved. Around 70 people had been checked, and several brought to police stations or taken into custody. The majority of those in detention were Syrians. Also, they denied information that the sexual harassments were only incidental, saying that the truth was "exactly the opposite": Most Arab perpetrators sought primarily to commit sexual offenses, or in their words "sexual amusement". Arnold Plickert, North Rhine Westphalia's representative of German police union Gewerkschaft der Polizei confirmed that asylum seekers were "definitely" involved."

Other cities: "Similar events took place in Hamburg—specifically Reeperbahn, St. Pauli—, where 53 women reported being sexually assaulted or robbed. By January 7 the number of complaints to the police in Hamburg increased to 70, by January 8 to 108, by January 12 to 153.

Crime was also reported in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt (40 complaints), as well as one crime in Stuttgart. In Düsseldorf 41 complaints of sexual assaults and theft were made to the police, after 15 were reported earlier. In Bielefeld several young women were reported to be robbed by men of North African origin in and around a discotheque.

In addition, similar assaults in Austria, Finland, Switzerland, and Sweden were reported."


About what happened in Berlin: "This was Apparently Berlin New Year's Eve. Where they got the Guns is anyone's guess but there was reports of 2 incidents of people shot by stray bullets, at least one death of a girl. A film crew from TV Channel Speigil TV were caught up in filming the incident. They released their video on 3/1/2016. 3rd of January 2016."

Does radical Islam have more support than we are being told?

We are recurrently being told that Islamist represent only a small fraction of the World's Muslim population. It's undeniable that if radical interpretation of Islam is not the most widespread yet, but there are some signals that can make us think that Islamist terrorism has more support than what they want us to believe.

Last week we witnessed in disbelief how Turkish fans attending the football match Turkey-Greece booed the minute of silence for the Paris attacks victims, some of them crying "Allahu Akbar".



We also know from analysis of tweets that a surprisingly high percentatge of tweets written in arabic in Europe support ISIS:

Of course, selecting tweets written in Arabic language means a bias in the study of the Muslim population of Europe, and these data can not used to characterize all this population, but it is still an horrofying indicator.

Who cares about some Christian killed?

Chronoloy of prosecution:

"A Muslim villager in Kaduna state allegedly helped Fulani herdsmen and other Muslims from nearby Kafanchan to ambush a Christian settlement, resulting in the death of one woman and gunshot wounds to two other Christians on Dec. 10, area sources said." [Compass Direct News]

"At least 35 people died at St. Theresa and dozens more were wounded as radical Muslim militants launched coordinated attacks across Africa's most populous nation within hours of one another. Four more people were killed in other violence blamed on the group known as Boko Haram.

It was the second year in a row that the extremists seeking to install Islamic Shariah law across the country of 160 million staged such attacks. Last year, a series of bombings on Christmas Eve killed 32 people in Nigeria." [MSNBC]

"Gunmen from a radical Muslim sect attacked a town hall on Friday in rural northeast Nigeria, killing at least 20 people who had gathered for a meeting of a Christian ethnic group in Mubi in Adamawa State, the police said. Some people may (want to) think that the attack against Copt Christians in Alexandria, Egypt, with 21 victims, is an isolated act of madness by Al-Qaeda. This would be a big mistake; what we see now is the (sometimes not so) slow but resolved pursuit of the Islamist to annihilate Christianism.

No sólo sufre el cristianismo la mayor persecución desde los tiempos del Imperio Romano, por la acción combinada (a veces parece que demasiado perfectamente) entre anticlericales occidentales y el imparable fascismo musulmán que acabará con la civilización tal como la conocemos, sinó que además se ve forzado a utilizar palabras indecentemente moderadas para calificar crímenes atroces para no provocar más violencia.

Los líderes cristianos saben que nadie moverá un dedo para salvar la vida de ningún cristiano. Y ahora también lo saben los islamistas...

Islam contra el "estado moderno"

Esta transferencia ‘sacramental’ –pan a carne– es lo que ha permitido la transferencia de cosas a números. Esto permitió que lo irracional ganase sobre lo racional. Así fue como se divorció el lenguaje de la transacción y la cantidad y, en consecuencia, del acontecimiento en sí. En sus ‘Cantos’, Ezra Pound señala la edad moderna con las instrucciones que el Emperador ruso Alejandro dio a Talleyrand en el Congreso de Viena de 1815: “Cambiar el significado de las palabras de una conferencia a otra”.

La Comunidad Islámica de España defiende la "ley islámica"

La ley islámica o sharia es "es el cuerpo de Derecho islámico. Constituye un código detallado de conducta, en el que se incluyen también las normas relativas a los modos del culto, los criterios de la moral y de la vida, las cosas permitidas o prohibidas, las reglas separadoras entre el bien y el mal." Esta ley islámica, tan alejada de los derechos humanos (tal como los consideramos en Occidente) tiene sus defensores en España; la Comunidad Islámica de España la defiende con estas palabras:

"Para llegar a la verdad de lo ocurrido, en la Ley Islámica se exige la aplicación de un método que es más elevado y más profundo que cualquier otro sistema legal del mundo entero. Este método está basado en dos hechos fundacionales del Din. El primero es que la Revelación Divina ha definido los amplios parámetros de lo permitido y lo prohibido, teniendo en cuenta que no está permitido todo lo que no está prohibido; el resto, queda elucidado o empañado por el ‘Amal cívico, las costumbres propias del tiempo y el lugar. En segundo lugar está la Sunna del Mensajero, a quien Allah bendiga y conceda paz, como patrón y referencia del comportamiento más elevado del ser humano y a la que sigue, como una especie de eco ilustrativo, el ‘Amal de la gente de Madinah, el lugar del Din."

La versión del profesor denunciado por "hablar de jamones""

Entonces un alumno "de forma muy correcta" le pidió que por favor, no hablara de jamones, que era musulmán y que no podía oír hablar de eso.

The same year the american diplomacy had the same worries in mind, as shows this cable:
